BlackVoice Technologies is committed to privacy by design. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and how it is protected.

Data minimization

We collect only data necessary to provide the service. Message content is end-to-end encrypted — we cannot read it. Location data is encrypted and user-controlled. Operational logs are anonymized after 24 hours.

What we collect

• Account data: username, email (hashed), registration timestamp
• Encrypted message data: ciphertext only, no plaintext
• Security logs: anonymized after 24h (IP redacted, timestamps blurred)
• Session data: ephemeral, cleared on logout

What we do not collect

• Message plaintext — encrypted before transmission, keys never leave your device
• Advertising identifiers or behavioral tracking data
• Location without explicit consent

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data. Contact blackvoice.tech@gmail.com to exercise these rights. Account deletion removes all associated data permanently within 30 days.
